How to listen to streaming Middle Eastern Music stations on the internet.
The instructions
The instructions:
1. You must have a computer equipped to listen to music (sound card & speakers), and an MP3 audio player like Winamp. If you do not have a MP3 player, go to www.winamp.com download version 2.xx, and install the free program. It's small, and one of the truly useful freebies on the internet. They also have hundreds of free skins (replacement 'face plates' to change the appearance of Winamp.)2. Install and run Winamp, Right click on the player, then select "play list editor'
Click on the ' Add' button, and select, 'URL'. (If the player is collapsed in 'windowshade mode', click the inner button of the playlist component to expand it to it's full size.)3. Copy one of the addresses below, and paste it into the address box.
Sorry, just clicking on the address will not play the music.4. Press the Play button on the winamp player.
If you would like to add the station you are listening to as a preset station:
1. Right click on the Winamp player, select 'Bookmarks', then select 'Add current as bookmark'2. Your station will now be listed when you select 'Bookmarks' in step !.
